Spark Man's powerful electrodes send out sparks of white hot electricity for Mega Man. Spark Man jumps from step to step in his room, stopping on each third or fourth step, so staying out of his way can be difficult. A few shots from the Shadow Blade will make him overload.

Shoot these Plug Sparkers right when they appear or they'll zap you when they fly overhead.
If you're low on energy, feel free to use Rush Coil to jump up and get the Large Energy Pellet. The Large Weapon Pellet will recharge Rush.
Quickly run over the first Intestinal Block that falls. If both Intestinal Blocks fall before you get past, you'll have a very hard time getting through.
Shoot this first Nut and Bolt before you jump to the platform.
Slide off this platform before Mega Man comes into contact with the Nut and Bolt. Don't worry, you'll land on the pole.
Slide off this pole as soon as you land on it.
Slide off this platform before Mega Man comes into contact with the Nut and Bolt. Don't worry, you'll land on the pole.
Wait until Mega Man is about to touch the Nut and Bolt, and then slide off the platform. If you slide off right away, Mega Man will fall into the pit.

If you're using the Mega Jumping Game Genie code (YEUKOTGA) you can easily jump out of the way of Spark Man's Super Shock.
Plastering Spark Man with Shadow Blades is the quickest and easiest way to dispatch him.
Defeating Spark Man will earn you the Spark Shock.
