Shoot the Rock Thrower with the Arm Cannon before he throws a block.
Make sure to jump or slide out of the way of a thrown block, and out of the way of it's debris when it breaks apart after crashing into the floor.
You must fight all the original Robot Masters. I've put their images into the transporter that will take you to them.
Recharge the Search Snake, you'll need it. Trust me.
